These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and alnasar88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at alnasar88.cam.

When registering a Member Account with alnasar88, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information if any details change.

Each individual is entitled to hold only one (1) Member Account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different identification details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify alnasar88's customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• alnasar88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations.
• alnasar88 reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an existing account at its reasonable discretion without being required to provide a detailed explanation.

alnasar88 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian-friendly payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 and BTC are also supported.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. alnasar88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment instruments. Any deposit made from an account or wallet not belonging to the registered Member may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method as displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation.
• alnasar88 does not charge deposit fees. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which alnasar88 bears no responsibility.
• All deposited funds must be used for genuine gambling purposes. Depositing and withdrawing funds without substantial gameplay activity may be considered money laundering and will be reported to relevant authorities.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the method used for your most recent deposit, or as otherwise approved through alnasar88's compliance process.

• All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC identity verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal requests held until verification is completed.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — typically within minutes to a few hours; bank transfers — 1 to 3 business days; cryptocurrency — subject to blockchain confirmation times.
• alnasar88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Members will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is only permitted after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the Bonus Funds being removed from the balance.

• All bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonuses claimed through duplicate accounts, fraudulent registrations, or in breach of any eligibility criteria will be voided without notice.
• Where a bonus is subject to game restrictions (e.g., only valid on slots), wagering on excluded games will not count towards the wagering requirement.

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the alnasar88 platform, including sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer games, crash games, and all other product types:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets may not be cancelled or amended except where expressly provided for within specific product rules (e.g., cash-out options on sports bets where available).
• alnasar88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a manifest error occurred in the setting of odds, where the event outcome was known at the time of betting, or where there is clear evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. Current limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting interface.
• In the event of a system error, technical malfunction, or communication failure that affects the integrity of a game or bet, alnasar88 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the Member's wallet.
• Sports betting results are settled based on the official result at the end of the relevant match or event period as defined in the specific market rules. Extra time and penalty shootouts are included only where specified.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the alnasar88 platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with the Platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other format where player interaction affects outcomes.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform without genuine human decision-making.

• Any loss of profits, winnings, or expected earnings arising from system errors, technical malfunctions, or communication failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Any action taken by alnasar88 in good faith compliance with applicable law, regulatory direction, or these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits alnasar88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

• The Member has failed to pass identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe after a formal request.

• The Member has self-excluded and subsequently attempts to register a new account during the exclusion period.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, alnasar88 reserves the right to withhold all or part of any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach (e.g., at the Member's request), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via a payment method in their name within a reasonable processing period.

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary closure requests do not affect any pending withdrawal requests that were submitted prior to the closure request.

alnasar88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
